Our General Manager, Michael Boudreau, originally from NH, has been living and working in Nicaragua since 1999. Michael’s love for Nicaragua and his deep connections with the people are what help Tours Nica stand out from other tour companies.

What makes Tours Nica unique is that we donate 10% of our profits to the NH non-profit Compas de Nicaragua. Our General Manager, Michael Boudreau has been working with Compas since 1999. Compas supports a women’s group called, “Women in Action”, a group of 40 women who organize health and education projects in the impoverished settlement of La Primavera in Managua; and a farmers coop in La Paz, Carazo who carry out sustainable living projects. When you travel to Nicaragua with Tours Nica, you are also supporting important community projects in Nicaragua.
